Although some of the staff were a bit rude, I had a really amazing stay. There was lots of spicy options for continental breakfast. The setting was strategic, adjacent to subway stations and Empire State Building. Had nice dainties at Treehaus, located very close to the hotel.
My room was too small.

Friendly hotel in a great area close to the subway, Central park and Times Square, Rockefeller Center. The room I booked was cleaned and available with 2 queen beds and fridge, for example. Courtesy from the whole staff. A lot of options for breakfast including cereal, pastries, muffins, yogurt and fruit.
Pity, but the beds were worn out.

All was great, including location and stuff. Loved WiFi, flat-screen TV and terrace in the room. Comfortable beds and a luxury bathroom. Positive hotel, 0.5 miles from LaGuardia airport. I had a brilliant time here and would come here again.

The staff and location were just OUTSTANDING. Fine bed, coffee, microwave and closet space, comfortable room. Friendly check-in, late check-out. All in all an exceptionally comfortable hotel and fantastic stay.

considerable staff, complimentary breakfast and fairly large rooms. the service was outstanding too. peaceful location, 5 minutes' walk to rockefeller center. the attached restaurant was good with lots of meals in the menu.
